Social Media Workshop – Snohomish County Tourism Bureau

Join us for another terrific social media workshop to learn about platforms to promote your business, build brand awareness and drive engagement. Two sessions are available depending on your knowledge and experience level followed by a practicum to get one-on-one support and advice.
Session 1: Beginners Guide to Social Media – 9-10am:
For the newer user, register for this one hour session that will cover content creation and branding, how to engage with your followers, and creating and managing your social media plan.
Session 2: Meet Me at the Convergence of Communication and Information – 10:15-11:15am:
For the more advanced user, register for this one hour session covering the strategy of using different content for different platforms, using social media for customer service, managing third party rating sites, and determining the ROI of your social media campaigns.
Hands On Social Media Workshop – 11:30am – 12:30pm:
Following the educational sessions, a one hour practicum is available to get one-on-one advice and support from the panelists and SCTB staff. You will be given practical applications and guided support to learn techniques for better engagement with your audience. Please register for the free practicum.
